 American Bazooka would certainly be an obvious choice and the Japanese Type 97 auto cannon would make an interesting alternative to the projectile launchers of other countries. Agree, the charge paddles also introduced a skillset into the game that wasn't there before...triage, good medics would know when to charge/when not, and because revive time ticked down they had to prioritise who got revived 1st. I think you may be right, Fallout 76 was really bad but bethesda were already in a downward trend.
